Step Through Rehab offers specialist rehabilitation services throughout the Midlands and surrounding areas. Our fundamental goal is to help you achieve your full potential, to improve independence and maximise quality of life at your home environment. We strongly believe Home environment was the ideal place for Rehab to build the confidence and to enhance the recovery soon. Step Through Rehab can help and support you to achieve your goal whatever you intent to achieve immediately after hospital discharge or long after your initial injury or illness. We provide our physiotherapy service at your own home, care home or specialist unit. Our treatments can extend to supporting our patients in the community, including local leisure centres, places of work or simply enjoying the great outdoors. We believe in Integrated Rehabilitation Model to support your treatment and goals needs and at the same time we work with the carers, family members and other people who been involved in your care, so we can train them to enable you to achieve the goals of your Rehabilitation. Even if you are on an N.H.S. waiting list for community physiotherapy we can help to bridge that gap while you are waiting, so that would not delay the progress what you intent to achieve. A referral from your doctor is not required.

What to expect on the day of your assessment:

On your assessment day, you will be asked a number of questions so that your physiotherapist can collect a detailed history of your symptoms. They will also need to perform a physical examination based on the history you’ve provided. Please wear comfortable clothing which allows the physiotherapist to see the affected areas of your body. Once the assessment has provided a diagnosis for your symptoms, you will receive treatment and goal oriented rehabilitation programme based on the current research evidence for your condition.

We have a great team of highly experienced Physiotherapists all registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). All our physiotherapists are chartered, DBS checked and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
